Pot Roast
I think the basic idea of this came from a recipe in the reynolds bag box.
2-3 pound Pot Roast
Handful of baby carrots
4-5 medium potatoes cut into pieces
1/2 medium yellow onion cut into pieces
3 tablespoons flour
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
2/3 cup water
salt and pepper
Set your reynolds bag in a baking pan. Place roast, carrots, potatoes and onion over the top. Shake onion soup mix over the top, flour, and water. Salt and pepper. Seal up the bag with the ties included in the bag box. Bake at 325* for 2 hours. Then I let it sit for ten more out of the oven before I open the bag.
