Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1.5 c flour, 1t baking powder, 1/2 t baking soda, 3/4 t salt, 1.5 t cinnamon, .5 t nutmeg, .5 t ginger, 1.25 c sugar, 1/2 c oil, 1 c canned pumpkin, 2 eggs, .25 c water or apple juice (I use water). 2 handfuls chocolate chips. 

Mix together, fill muffin cups at least 3/4 full, bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
